Terms and Conditions

By purchasing from Sprouts 3D Lab, you agree to the following:

1. Custom Orders & Returns

All products are made-to-order. All sales are final. Returns or exchanges are only accepted for manufacturing defects or shipping damage reported within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Nature of 3D Printing

Customers acknowledge that 3D-printed items naturally have visible layer lines and minor surface variations. These are characteristic of the process and not considered defects.

3. Product Safety & Liability

• Decor: Vases and art are for decorative use only.

• Toys: May contain small parts; use only with adult supervision.

• Care: Products are generally not food-safe or heat-resistant unless specified. Sprouts 3D Lab is not liable for damages resulting from improper use of our products.

 

4. Intellectual Property

You must own or have permission for any designs you provide for us to print. We reserve the right to refuse projects that infringe on copyrights.

 

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa.
