At Sprouts 3D Lab, we want you to love your custom creations. Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
Because our products (home decor, toys, and tools) are custom-made to order, we generally do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, we will offer a refund or replacement if:

The item has a clear manufacturing defect.

The item was damaged during shipping.

The item received is significantly different from what you ordered.
How to Start a Return

Refunds
Once your request is inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items

Items damaged due to improper care (e.g., melting in a hot car).
