Refund Policy

At Sprouts 3D Lab, we want you to love our custom creations. Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our products (home decor, toys, and tools) are custom-made to order, we generally do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, we will offer a refund or replacement if:

• The item has a clear manufacturing defect.

• The item was damaged during shipping.

• The item received is significantly different from what you ordered.

  
  

How to Start a Return

To be eligible for a refund, please email info@sprouts3dlab.com within 30 days with:

1. Your order number.

2. A photo of the defect or shipping damage.

Refunds

Once your request is inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Shipping Policy

At Sprouts 3D Lab, every item is custom-made to order in our West Des Moines studio.

Production Time

• Standard Orders: 2–5 business days.

• Large/Custom Projects: 7–10 business days.

• You will receive a notification as soon as your project is off the printer and ready to ship.

Shipping & Delivery

• Local Pickup: Free pickup is available for customers in the Des Moines area. Select this option at checkout to skip shipping costs.

• Domestic Shipping: Rates are calculated at checkout via USPS or UPS. Standard transit takes 3–7 business days.

Returns & Damages

Because our products are custom-printed, all sales are final. However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us at info@sprouts3dlab.com. within 48 hours with a photo of the package, and we will make it right.
